30 Second Overview: The Villa is located in a quiet rural area close to Cala Bassa beach on the West coast of Ibiza – the best location for stunning sunsets. Ibiza Town is a 20 minute drive and the inland town of San Josep is about a 10 minute drive away.
The villa is located on 2 floors with a large swimming pool with loungers and covered terrace where you can dine or just relax out of the sun. There are 2 other smaller terrace areas away from the swimming pool area to offer a quiet chill out space if required.
Indoors there are 6 bedrooms of which 5 are double and one is a single.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has its own private balcony and bathroom
Bedroom 2: Located downstairs with twin beds
Bedroom 3: Single room
Bedroom 4: Twin beds with private bathroom, dressing room and direct access to a private courtyard that is shared with bedroom 5
Bedroom 5: Twin beds with private bathroom, dressing room, and access to the private courtyard that is shared with bedroom 4.
Bedroom 6: Double bed with private terrace and direct access to outside space. Private bathroom
All bathrooms have large showers, W.C and sink. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a bath tub.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven with hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and fridge freezer. The utility room has a washing machine / tumble dryer. The kitchen leads directly on to one of the smaller outdoor terraces with a table and chairs. Alternatively you can eat in the indoor dining room.
There is a main lounge area, and small lounge area with a fireplace. The main lounge has a TV with satellite channels.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout.
