30 Second Overview: The Villa is a 5 minute walk to San Miguel, and a short drive to the nearest beach at Puerto San Miguel. Benirras beach is about a 10 minute drive away.

Dating back over 300 years the finca was originally built to farm the olive trees and produce the olive oil used in this part of the island. The villa has retained the character  of a traditional country house with some original exposed stone walls, and with views across the countryside at the back, and sea views across to Puerto San Miguel to the front.

Inside there is a kitchen with modern appliances, a separate dining room and two adjoining lounges. The 5 double bedrooms are well equipped with fridges, air conditioning and TV with satellite channels in all rooms. There are 4 bathrooms, of which 3 are en suite, and 2 have Jacuzzi baths.  There is a flat screen TV in the lounge and guests will have access to a PC.

Outside there is a large swimming pool and sun terrace which is part decked. The villa has facilities for an outside caterer to prepare and serve food if you are planning an event such as a wedding. The maximum capacity for such an event is 150 – if the travelling party size is more than 12 then we can accommodate some additional guests at the nearby Casa Naya Hotel. Also outside is a modern hi-spec hot tub, as well as an area for barbeques.

The villa is not overlooked and has extensive ground to the back and the side. To the front is the road to San Miguel, but you should not be disturbed by any traffic noise.

There is a small children’s playground, and the grounds are fenced, so this will suit a family get together in Ibiza.
