Will this villa suit me?

If you are after a villa in Ibiza with wow factor views that you just couldn't possibly ever get bored of then Villa Can Simon has to be a serious contender. The villa is perched high up in an elevated position and therefore you will be treated to great views across to Es Cubells and out across the sea to the neighbouring island of Formentera. And being high up you will also be treated to the gentle breeze as you lounge by the pool or in one of the chill-out areas which will be very welcome in the summer months.  The villa is not overlooked and offers total privacy.

The villa is spread over 2 buildings. The main building housing 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms . The main kitchen/diner has an oven with hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The inside dining area will seat 8 comfortably and leads directly to the terrace. The separate bungalow which could be perfect for up to 4 people (maybe give yourself some space from grandparents, teenagers or staff that are joining you). The bungalow has a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and separate lounge with sofa bed which can sleep 2 additional people so that total capacity of the villas is 12. Three of the bedrooms in the main house have air-conditioning and all have ceiling fans. The main house is alarmed and also a safe. Living area has TV with satellite channels.

There is a separate laundry room

Outside there is the swimming pool measuring 10m x 5m with steps to access – it’s not quite an infinity edge but the views from the pool do give the impression of merging in to the sea. There is a covered day bed and loungers, with 2 further individual chill out areas so plenty of private space for when it is needed

The nearest beach is the pebbly one at Es Cubells, and Cala Jondal is also a similar distance away. Ibiza Town is about 20 minute drive away. We can arrange door to door transportation for you if you plan a night out and don't have a nominated driver 

If you are a larger group then there is another villa about 100m away, Cas Marins that sleeps 8, so it may be possible to book both villas and sleep up to 20 – but please book early if you need to accommodate this many people

Where am I near to?:

Es Cubells is an 8 minute drive away. The small village square is home to a beautiful church and one of our favourite restaurants in Ibiza. The pebble beach is accessed down a steep track. Cala Jondal (home to Blue Marlin beach club) is about 13 minute drive and is also a pebbly beach. The nearest sandy beach is Ses Salines which can be reached in 25 minutes. Ibiza Town is 20 minutes

Terms & Conditions:

• Security deposit: €1000 paid on arrival by credit card
• Check in time: 3pm
• Check-out time: 10am
• Arrival Day: During July & August the arrival day is a Saturday. Outside of these months then the arrival day can be flexible. Please check with us.
• Arrival process: You will be met and checked in to your villa. If you are arriving after 8pm then a late check-in fee of €50 will be payable
• Late check-out may be possible outside of high season if there is no one checking in on the day you arrive – however this is on request and can only be arranged once you are in Ibiza

Useful Info:

• Towels and sheets are changed every 7 days
• If you would like to arrange additional cleaning then this can be provide for a cost of approximately €15 to €20 per hour (minimum 3 hours per day)
• Car Hire is essential
• Please remember many supermarkets are closed on Sundays. We offer a Full Fridge Service for those that wish to avoid spending their valuable
  holiday time pushing a shopping trolley around unfamiliar aisles
