Location: Near to San Rafael. The house is set back from a quiet road, with a private gate, surrounded by woods only about 5 minutes from the village of San Rafael where you will find typical Ibicencan restaurants and bars. Ibiza Town is about a 15 minute drive away. Within a 20 minute drive you can reach most of the beaches on the island

There are 6 rooms at the Bosque de Pere. All have en-suite bathroom. The style is modern with some funky lights in the bathroom

30 Second Overview: Set in the pine woods close to San Rafael, this makes a great alternative to a hotel or a villa. Whether you are looking for privacy in a secluded location, or an ideal Ibiza retreat to celebrate that special birthday with your very bestest mates then this is the place for you. There are 2 sides to the house – the traditional original building and the modern extension. There are 6 bedrooms. Inside, the house is fully teched up with WiFi, sound system (controlled via Airplay via your iphone) as well as a decent small gym, hamman and a private room for massages. There is a large dining area and kitchen, but you’ll probably choose to dine al fresco on the terrace. Breakfast can be cooked for you on request for an additional charge of about €15 to €20 per person. Catering can be arranged at any time so if you plan on staying to eat before you go out then caterers will cook to order. Your own personal concierge, Jeremy, can arrange boats, wake boarding, club tickets, as well as arranging drop offs and picks ups 24/7 for a fee. Airport transfers can also be arranged.

By day you can relax on a Balinese bed next to the infinity swimming pool with the music from your iphone piped through to the speakers. Please note that all music outside must be switched off by midnight otherwise you will be visited (and fined!) by the police

Master Suite – with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub. 32 inch LCD TV with satellite channels. Separate cinema room. Wi-Fi. Bose ipod docking station.  Double bed, with additional sofa bed. Terrace. Mini fridge.

Silver Room – with en-suite bathroom. 52 inch plasma screen TV with satellite channels.  Wi-Fi. Bose ipod docking station. Mini fridge.

King Room – with en-suite shower room. 52 inch plasma screen TV with satellite channels.  Wi-Fi. Bose ipod docking station. Mini fridge.

Master Ground Room - with en-suite bathroom. 52 inch plasma screen TV with satellite channels.  Wi-Fi. Bose ipod docking station. Entrance hallway with sofa bed. Mini fridge.

Our Opinion: Impressive house and impressive location. A stylish home from home, behind the rustic finca walls is a modern house which can perfectly accommodate a group of girls, guys, couples, or for a small corporate event.

Our relationship is directly with the house owner. We do not use an agency to source any of our villas. We have visited the Bosque de Pere so we feel we can give you an honest and unbiased opinion of the villa and assess its suitability to your needs.

The rules regarding noise after midnight are very strict in Ibiza. Parties are not permitted ta the Bosque de Pere. Any music can only played indoors between midnight and 9am. If the events of any guest not adhering to this policy will be liable to pay any fines incurred by the Police.  Guests are required to leave a €3000 deposit to cover any damages or fines incurred, and will be refunded 7 days after you have checked out of the house.
