30 Second Overview: The villa is located in a quiet rural area close to the village of San Joan, about a 15 minute drive from Ibiza Town, and only a 2 minute drive from Bambuddha Grove.

The villa was built in 2007 but has been styled to resemble a typical finca with traditional décor and furnishings. There is a large infinity swimming pool with sea views across to Santa Eulalia in the distance. There is a large wooded area of pine trees within the extensive grounds, and uninterrupted beautiful countryside views. This is a high specification villa in a peaceful rural location but with easy access to all the amenities and facilities that Ibiza has to offer.  The villa is a popular and suitable wedding or event venue and can host up to 200 people. Maybe you are planning a big birthday bash for close family and friends. Whatever your reason we can’t recommend this villa highly enough.

Easy access to the excellent road network in Ibiza means you can be in Ibiza town within about 15 minutes. Many of the beaches are also accessible within the same time. The villa is perfectly placed in the centre of the island.

The large kitchen has a large fridge freezer, and separate freezer in the utility room, oven, dishwasher, microwave, griddle plate and deep fryer are some of the facilities in this large, modern and well equipped kitchen. This leads to the lounge and straight on to the large outdoor covered terrace with 2 large dining tables – perfect for sociable eating at any time of day.

Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, with private bathrooms.

Upstairs are the remaining 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms, and another large terrace area, with sea and countryside views.

All bedrooms have flat screen TV’s with satellite channels, air conditioning and safety deposit boxes.

Some bathrooms have Jacuzzi bath tubs.

The house covers an area of 720 square metres.
