Hotel Xereca is new for 2016. This hotel has 11 rooms, with 2 rooms in the original converted finca and the other 9 are in the single level extension. The hotel has been very tastefully styled and is ideal as a relaxed destination to chill by the pool, and then heading out in Ibiza Town and the surrounding areas to experience Ibiza after sundown. Also convenient for the marina if you are hiring a boat or taking the ferry to Formentera.

The room types include double rooms, superior double rooms and suites, including the Suite Xereca with its impressive large terrace. All rooms can accommodate a 3rd person so ideal for some families or friends. Large families should consider booking the Xereca Suite and the neighbouring double room located in the main house, or 2 rooms next to each other. 

The swimming pool is on 2 levels, so ideal for just cooling off or for a more energetic swim. Next to the pool is a rather nifty conversion of an old windmill has created the coolest poolside shower in Ibiza.

The hotel has a restaurant that will be open for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

The bar area opposite the main house will also offer pool service.
