The Finca Can Xuxu is no ordinary place to stay. The focus at thus unique place to stay is all about offering a high end service. VIP guests can expect privacy and discretion – Think of Finca Can Xuxu as your own private members club bolthole in Ibiza.

The Finca Can Xuxu prefers a discreet approach to marketing and hence prefers to maintain a low profile regarding their online presence – why? The finca is available exclusively for its guests and this is not a place where “day trippers” will come to disturb the peace, tranquillity and ambience of the house.

Can Xuxu is first and foremost a family home and you will very much be the guests of the owner and your host Alexandre.

The house offers Balinese style living with sea views and close to the beach at Cala Tarida. The village of San Agustin is a 5 minute drive, San Jose (Sant Josep) 10 minutes and Ibiza Town is no more than 20 minutes away.

The Finca Can Xuxu is available to adult guests and during July & August there is a minimum stay of 7 nights. During other months the minimum stay is 5 nights. For a booking within 10 days of arrival it may be possible to stay midweek for 3 or 4 nights, but stays of 7 nights or more allow you to really relax and immerse yourself in to the full “Xuxu experience”.

The Xuxu is open from 1st May and closes around mid-October.

It is possible to hire the finca for exclusive use during early May and late October for a minimum of 7 night stay based on renting all the rooms.
